Hello! We are Jamie and Billy Huh,
the founders of Crescent Home Care. Our journey into the world of caregiving was born out of love, loss, and a deep-seated desire to make a difference in our community.
Our Story
A few years ago, we faced an unexpected challenge. As children of immigrants, we found ourselves caring for aging parents who hadn’t planned for their later years, all while raising our two young children. Some days, it felt as though we were pushing strollers and wheelchairs at the same time.In just two years we lost three of our parents, an experience both heartbreaking and transformative. Balancing the care for our parents with the needs of your young family was incredibly demanding, but it was also a great privilege. Through this journey, we learned that life is most meaningful when we help others. This realization led to the creation of Crescent Home Care.
Our Mission
Our mission goes beyond providing in-home care; it’s about delivering the compassionate support we once needed ourselves. Having experienced the emotional and physical strains of caregiving firsthand, we understand the exhaustion, worry, and uncertainty that comes with it. We’re here to support you, ease your burdens, and offer the same care and compassion we would want for our own family.
We named our home care agency Crescent Home Care because we recognize we are part of a greater whole. Life is about more than just individual experiences; it’s about using our time and talents to help others.
Whether you need support for a brief phase or an extended duration, our aim is to bring light into your life exactly when you need it most.
